To make this one-off serving board I split a single piece of camphour laurel in half, then using a frame I filled the central 'river' with dried orange slices and dried white flowers on a black background. The whole board has been sealed in several layers of clear resin and white ceramic handles complete the piece. The underside is black.
The camphour laurel has been sourced from south-west Queensland, Australia.
This board is intended for use as a serving platter only, not as a cutting board.
