Bamboo Serving board customised with abstract resin art, inspired by Thin Section Mineral Photography

This cheeseboard is customised with original abstract artwork - resin painting on a bamboo serving board, inspired by Sue's mineral photography. Painted and finished with resin for long lasting gloss and clarity, resin is inert once cured and I use a food safe resin. Resin sets to a hard glass-like finish, but don't cut directly on the resin as this will effect its appearance.

I like using bamboo because it is an enduring natural resource, reaching maturity in only five years.

Dimensions: approximately 39cm including handle (handle is 11cm)
