Sorry, this item has sold.

This piece of tallowood was sitting in my timber pile for a few months, and it has now made it out and into a finished coffee table.

I dried the beautiful celosia flowers just for this little table, you'll see some photos of them in the gallery. I've set them in clear resin, so the middle section of the table is transparent. While not spectacular, the woodgrain is a beautiful caramel wavy pattern, highlighted by the application of an organic beeswax from the Salamanca Markets in Hobart.

While making this table I also made a matching centrepiece withembedded celosia flowers, which is also part of the deal!

As pictured the table top is 35cm W x 30cmL x 4cmD and stands 50cmH. If you would like a lower table I can supply 40cm 2 pin hairpin legs, at the same price.

The table ships in two packages with the legs detached from the table top for ease of shipping. the holes for the legs are already drilled, and you will just need a phillips head screwdriver to re-attach them.
